The Taube Department of Jewish Studies has the honor of joining a group of institutions that are patrons of a national competition on the history and culture of Polish Jews organized by the Shalom Foundation.
Directed at secondary school students, The competition was announced on the 50th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1993, and is held every two years. It is currently the most prestigious competition of its kind and enjoys considerable interest among young people and the recognition of experts in the field.
