During the 2017/2018 academic year, the Department of Jewish Studies launched a new BA track for educators that is a broadly defined program in Jewish issues and intercultural dialogue. This program was created in cooperation with the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN in Warsaw. Courses are taught both by lecturers from the Department and by Museum staff. In addition to the regular curriculum, this new path offers courses in socio-cultural outreach, non-governmental organization, and anti-discriminatory education. Students learn how to apply their newly-acquired knowledge in a wide variety of educational activities at various educational and cultural institutions and in non-governmental organizations.
