At the University of Wrocław she studied pedagogy; she was also a student at the Center for Jewish Culture and Languages and completed Postgraduate Studies in Information Science and Library Studies. She received her PhD from the Department of Philology. Rybińska also studied theology at the Pontifical Theological Faculty in Wrocław, and Biblical Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Since 2012 she has been working at the Marie Curie-Skłodowska University as assistant Professor at the Center for Jewish Culture and History at the Institute of Cultural Studies.
