The faculty, staff, friends, and students of the Taube Department of Jewish Studies would like to express their deepest sorrow over the heinous terrorist attack committed in Pittsburgh. We send our most heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of the victims and join in solidarity with all those the world over who are greatly disturbed by this specific act of terrorism, and by the continuing and unchecked escalation of violent antisemitism, xenophobia, and racism afflicting our modern world.
